BUDGET COUNSELING

One of our trained, nationally certified
financial counselors will:

• assess your income and expenses.
• review debts and financial goals.
• assist in developing an effective budget.
  
  All counseling is one on one and confidential

In this program, your budget is restructured allowing you to repay your debt. This often serves as an alternative to bankruptcy and
a counselor will:

• analyze your total debt.
• negotiate payments acceptable to your creditors.
• allow you to make just one payment to CCCS.

CCCS serves the dual role of developing a
program for you to repay your debts while
helping creditors collect money owed them.

HOUSING COUNSELING

CCCS is a HUD certified housing
counseling agency.
A certified counselor will:

• review advantages and disadvantages
  of homeownership
• advise you on the amount of mortgage suitable to your income
• educate you on steps leading toward homeownership
• analyze credit issues affecting homeownership

CCCS also offers:

CREDIT REPORT COUNSELING

Your credit report can be pulled upon request.
A financial counselor will:

• review and explain items on your credit report.
• develop a plan to help you establish good credit.
• assist you in disputing errors.
