Consumer Credit Counseling Service

We are the only service in the county affiliated with the National Foundation for Credit Counseling (NFCC), the organization for nonprofit consumer agencies.  As a HUD certified housing counseling agency, our counselors have helped provide many of our clients with the tools and insight to become home owners; and counseled and provided options to those facing default or foreclosure. For a nominal fee, your credit report can be pulled upon request and a certified counselor will review and explain items on the report and assist you in disputing errors. CCCS is best known for our Debt Management Plans (DMP), assisting clients to become debt free in as little as 4 years with reduced monthly payments and interest rates.  We are also approved by the Department of Justice to provide the required bankruptcy counseling.

Employer Contracts

We partner with community employers to offer all or a part of our service to employees. We are also able to assist with emergency services in the event of a crisis. These services are available on a one-time-only basis or low-cost annual contracting.
